I began my career creating campaigns and visual experiences, learning how ideas become tangible through story, craft, and emotion. But over time, I discovered that my favorite work happened just behind the scenes.

That behind-the-scenes space is where complex healthcare, commercial, and marketing operations problems get untangled—where data becomes clearer, workflows become more intuitive, and teams can move from discovery to launch with confidence.

Today I work as a Business Systems Analyst III at Myriad Genetics, connecting commercial needs with technology, data, and implementation across Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, SQL, segmentation, automation, and performance reporting.

My inclusion work at Myriad began as Myriad Pride Alliance Co-Lead, where I helped lead programming, enterprise events, volunteer initiatives, fundraising, employee engagement, and leadership transition planning. That work has expanded into serving as Co-Chair of the Inclusion Council, partnering with council leaders and organizational stakeholders to align employee resource groups and enterprise inclusion initiatives across the business.

The work is leadership, facilitation, governance, communications strategy, and culture design—strengthening collaboration, sharing best practices, and helping employee communities operate with clarity and momentum.
