Product Leadership
I began my career creating campaigns and visual experiences, learning how ideas become tangible through story, craft, and emotion. But over time, I discovered that my favorite work happened just behind the scenes.
That behind-the-scenes space is where complex problems get untangled, workflows become clearer, systems become more intuitive, and teams can build better products with less friction.
Today I work as a Business Systems Analyst III at Myriad Genetics, bridging marketing, engineering, Salesforce, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale marketing automation, platform integrations, and customer experiences.
FEATURED LEADERSHIP
ERG Leadership
Leading strategy, programming, communication, and volunteer alignment for a company-wide Employee Resource Group.
Enterprise Events
Planning moments that scale across audiences while balancing logistics, storytelling, accessibility, and emotional resonance.
Executive Stakeholders
Navigating visibility, approvals, priorities, and executive sponsorship with clarity and confidence.
Culture & Inclusion
Designing programs that make belonging visible, actionable, and sustainable across the organization.
SELECTED WORK
Problem — Returning speaker applications created duplicated effort and slow handoffs.
Approach — Built a Salesforce and FormAssembly ecosystem with prefilled applications, streamlined submissions, and automated communications.
Outcome — Reduced manual work across multiple business teams.
Lesson — The best system improvements feel invisible to the people who rely on them.
Problem — Enterprise initiatives need campaigns, audiences, data, and systems to move together.
Approach — Owned Marketing Cloud architecture across journeys, segmentation, automation, SQL, data architecture, and integrations.
Outcome — Translated business strategy into reliable technical implementation.
Lesson — Scale comes from designing the operating model, not just the journey canvas.
Problem — Platform disruptions revealed gaps in ownership, governance, and sign-off.
Approach — Led incident reviews, clarified accountability, and introduced stronger process controls.
Outcome — Reduced future operational risk and created a clearer path for decisions.
Lesson — Leadership often means turning a failure mode into a shared operating principle.

I believe great products aren’t built by choosing between design, engineering, or business—they emerge when those disciplines collaborate. My career has been shaped by connecting people across those worlds, translating ambiguity into clarity, and designing systems that make work easier for both teams and customers.
